Deliciously Ella's Kitchen Counter REVIEW & VIDEO

Brace yourselves: lots of taurus-like talk (meaning drinks & food) is about to begin.  Deliciously Ella is a famous food blogger and writer. She started writing about healthy eating and cooking in 2012, continued with publishing several books and has now opened her own deli branches in London. I totally admire the way she started with just a blog about her own journey to heal herself by eating healthily, and five years later, she is a successful businesswoman! (she is goals, really) I've visited a branch called Kitchen Counter (with Musa  ❤) . It has opened just a week ago, and it was already packed. The atmosphere of the place was amazing. Beautifully decorated. The staff was fabulous. Ok, I know this is a review, so I will try to be objective and not caught up in my infinite admiration for her. Food quality-wise - there's nothing to discuss. If I could, I'd sneak in the kitchen and steal all the recipes (and cakes). Prices , guys. I underst

London Coffee Festival 2017 (video)

Heyya! So, pretty obviously, I've visited the LCF with Sally and Musa ! And there was lots of free coffee, lots of free food samples... need I say more? Because for me, these facts are sufficient indicators of a good time. Mainly, I would like to thank to my lovelies! You can follow both girls on instagram, and read Musa's blog! And also thanks to all the strangers I took videos of, thanks so much, ya beautiful people! (I think baristas are some special species... anyone else gets that feeling?) Note that this video is not meant to promote overeating or unhealthy diet. The amount of food presented was consumed appropriate time intervals, so-o just don't believe everything you see on the internet! yeaa Also, try oat milk flat white . Sorry soy, sorry almond, I've moved on! Also keep in mind, first attempts are... well, first attempts . Would love to hear what you think! All best, Michaela xx

So far I've managed to set up all the social media accounts and create one very very very non-pro video, which, to be honest, made me feel some sort of illogical accomplishment (yay!). Will I ever learn how to edit videos? How to hold camera so not every caption is shaky-shaky? (ehm, sure that's the word) Which leads me to the fact that I am Czech. Two years ago I'd probably never want to mention such fact about me (meaning I was not particularly proud), but living abroad for almost a year now (sounds scary to me rn) made me realise how much I value my czechness (hehe). I'll talk about that more for sure, but the things that I miss with my whole existence are Czech bread, beer and quark (couldn't be more serious about that one).  See? She's talking food again, classic. People, who I discussed my unrealistic blogger plans with, were asking me about the main topic o
